Fees

Unlike other law firms we operate on a not-for-profit basis and so our primary focus is providing quality legal services at competitive rates. Any surpluses are reinvested into services for doctors.

Our knowledge of the healthcare sector means we understand the commercial needs of doctors and are uniquely placed to deliver specialist advice.

Whether you are starting up a new practice, merging an existing one, or looking to sell, we will draft the necessary agreements and make sure that your business interests are protected.

Locum Agencies

Locum agencies are great at promoting their services, and their claims of flexible, suitable and consistent cover can be very tempting to resolve your workload needs. However, an increasing number of practices are finding themselves in time consuming and expensive disputes with agencies who are operating on unreasonable terms – or even failing to deliver on their promises altogether. If you need assistance when reviewing terms, or are in a dispute, we can help.
