Fees will depend on the value of the property. We will provide you with a comprehensive quote upfront, and our fees will not change (unless your instructions do), so you don’t need to worry about spiraling hourly rates.


Online support from eWay

Everyone who uses our conveyancing service can take advantage of our eWay system. An online and app-based tool, you can check the progress of your move and complete forms and payments from your computer, smart phone or tablet – at a time that suits you. It also allows you to:

  • Complete forms and upload documents online, rather than through the post
  • Read and download all your legal and mortgage documentation – including your contract and deeds – as soon as it’s prepared
  • Make payments via our secure online payment function
  • Receive notifications of changes to your case, and reminders to complete tasks
