Fees

We endeavour to agree a fixed fee wherever possible so that you have the comfort of knowing
that costs will not spiral.

Unlike other law firms we operate on a not-for-profit basis and so our primary focus is providing
quality legal services at competitive rates. Any surpluses are reinvested into services for doctors.

If you own or lease your practice premises, it’s important that you seek legal advice to ensure your business premises are protected.

Unlike other commercial property, your practice premises must comply with various regulations – and as such, the need for solicitors who understand this is key. We work with doctors every day, and our relationship with the BMA gives us a unique understanding of how to meet your needs.

We have previously acted for the General Practitioners Committee (GPC) as legal negotiators on the template lease for GP practices with NHS Property Services (NHSPS). As such, we are particularly well placed to advice you on your lease or other NHSPS queries. We can also offer expert advice on issues relating to private landlords, health boards and Community Health Partnerships (CHPs).
