Personal injury representation
Independent personal injury representation – with no fees for BMA members
If you have been injured through the fault or negligence of another, and wish to make a claim for compensation, we can help steer you through the litigation process.
Whether your claim is legally complex, or relatively straightforward, we will work with you to achieve the right result and secure the appropriate compensation.
We specialise in all areas of personal injury law, from soft tissue claims to catastrophic injury. We have nationally-recognised specialists in brain, spine and amputation claims, and provide coverage across the UK.
We pride ourselves on our sympathetic, friendly and above all highly professional and pro-active service.
Services at a glance
- Road traffic accident
- Injury in a public place at home or on holiday (Europe only)
- Injury at work
- Mental health injury, such as stress at work
All claims will be assessed to determine the likeliness of success, and must pass a merits assessment before they can be pursued. It is important to remember that this is legal representation – not an insurance product. A payout in the event of injury can not be guaranteed.
Compensation will help financially, but early treatment, proper medical assistance and specially designed care packages can mean the difference between a life of pain and inconvenience, and a return to full health. So, in addition to the legal advice we provide, you will have the opportunity to work with our specialist welfare team who are dedicated to ensuring that you are given the help and support you need.
No fee for BMA Members
As part of your membership, you may benefit from no-fee personal injury representation (subject to meeting certain terms and conditions). If your case is accepted and compensation is awarded, legal costs are recovered from the defendant (or their insurance), and unlike commercial firms, we do not take a percentage of damages.
