About the speaker:

Clayton is a regulatory, criminal litigation, inquest and workplace investigations specialist. He studied at Royal Holloway & Kings College, University of London and the University of Glamorgan.

He has been in legal practice since 1997, working at High Street, commercial and trade union law firms. He has represented members of the medical profession in regulatory proceedings and criminal cases/inquests for some 25 years and understands the importance of pragmatic solutions for his clients.

Clayton has a wealth of experience representing clients at workplace investigations and disciplinary proceedings at Trust and GP partnerships throughout England and Wales. Outside of the day job, Clayton enjoys travel, reading, theatre and is a long-suffering fan of Welsh rugby.
