Speaker:
Phillippa works with BMA Law to guide clients on managing risks around business crime and regulatory breaches. With extensive experience in criminal litigation, from caution interviews to Court of Appeal hearings, she has handled complex cases, including fraud and misconduct. Previously with the Serious Fraud Office, Phillippa has collaborated with agencies like the US Department of Justice and FCA, investigating large-scale, multi-jurisdictional financial crimes, including the LIBOR manipulation. A barrister and former solicitor, her expertise spans economic crime, corporate liability, and regulatory investigations.
