Overview
A discussion regarding the various key trigger events for updating your Partnership Agreement. The primary purpose of this webinar is to highlight that if the Partnership has changed materially, then the agreement need to adapt to reflect this change.
This webinar will explore the key events that should prompt a review and update of a partnership agreement, helping partners ensure their arrangements remain commercially effective and legally robust.
We will focus on five common trigger points, including:
- the admission of a new partner or the removal of an existing partner;
- changes in how business premises are owned or occupied, such as moving between leasehold and freehold arrangements;
- strategic or structural changes to the business, including expansion, reorganisation, or changes in direction;
- and changes to partnership governance, decision-making processes, or management structures.
