Charlotte Mitchell

Charlotte is a commercial lawyer with over 17 years’ experience solving complex legal and commercial issues with straight-talking, commercially astute advice. She is passionate about her clients’ success and is committed to delivering practical solutions that achieve the right outcome. Charlotte works closely with her clients to understand their business objectives and provide advice that supports growth while effectively managing risk.

Having originally qualified as a Barrister before requalifying as a Commercial Litigation lawyer at a leading regional firm, Charlotte subsequently moved in-house, holding senior legal roles across a range of sectors including telecommunications, technology, engineering and healthcare. Most recently, she served as Chief Legal Officer of a publicly listed healthcare technology company operating internationally within the digital health and wellness sector, where she advised on a broad range of commercial, regulatory, governance and strategic matters.

Charlotte’s experience combines private practice and senior in-house legal leadership, giving her a practical understanding of the commercial, regulatory and operational challenges faced by growing businesses. She is particularly experienced in supporting organisations operating in regulated environments, including healthcare and technology.
