Harriet is a solicitor with over 12 years’ experience in Private Client matters. Her work covers Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Declarations of Trust for jointly owned property.

Harriet has previously worked in the Private Client departments of two regional law firms in the South of England, and most recently held a Partner role in a Bournemouth firm.

Harriet has significant experience acting for high-net worth individuals, families, elderly clients, trustees and business owners, often dealing with complex tax and trust matters. She is known for her empathetic and pragmatic approach when helping clients plan ahead for the future, and in helping those left behind to deal with the legalities.

As well as being a Solicitor, Harriet is a full member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and sits on her local STEP Committee.
