Julian’s practice comprises commercial and property disputes and landlord and tenant work. He also advises in claims against negligent professionals.
Julian qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and worked at UK top 50 firms where he undertook insurance and commercial litigation, developing a particular interest in cases involving fraud. This has equipped him with a keen eye for the evidential detail that can turn a case and the ability to develop litigation strategies to realise his clients’ objectives.
Julian undertook consultancy work in both the public and private sectors for a number of years before joining an NHS Trust as head of legal services in 2016, where he dealt with commercial and property disputes, debt recovery, data protection law, and risk management.
He is now pleased to advise BMA members and to assist them in finding and implementing commercial and pragmatic solutions to disputes.
