Wills advice and drafting tool

We have been working with Mills & Reeve LLP to provide BMA staff and BMA members with a tool that gives you:

  • a free emergency Will service,
  • an advance decision,
  • a guardianship appointment for children, and
  • a Lasting Power of Attorney.

The tool has been developed to include information about bespoke Will drafting services and provides direction to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) website to find a solicitor as an alternative to using BMA Law or Mills & Reeve LLP.
